It has been chosen because it is ideally suited to the development of the necessary ministry skills in field of conflict management and reconciliation. As men and women of God we are called to a ministry of reconciliation, 2 Corinthians 5:18 And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation.
